Pink Biik's Tribute to Earth Day Part 2

My Tribute to Earth Day should have been in one entry but the post would have been too long. Once a blogger or a visitor sees a length entry they simply skip and move one. Which intern made me cut my Pink Biik's Tribute to Earth in separate entries. Allow me to proceed discussing about the harms our beautiful planet may face in the future.

Recap, on my yesterday's post My Earth Day Tribute, I have shared with you about the least inevitable thing to happen in the near future which is the death of a star from 8000 light years, with an illustration of its effect to our earth and the development of a black hole after its massive explosion and collapse. Let me now share with you a couple more things they have tackled on this documentary.

6. Intelligent Machines! Yes my fellow bloggers and readers. It is possible that I, Robot could take over our civilization. Some may treat this as a joke but this is feasible to happen. On the show they have asked to look back 60 years ago. During the World War II they were using huge transistors, which could be equal to the capabilities of your PDA now a days that you can slid in your pocket. Then look back 10 years ago and look at our current techologies and see how much our technologies have evolve. With this facts, who is to say that computers are unlikely to take over human race. If they keep evolving, Computers will be trillion times smarter than us... hmmmm.... My dear acer sorry for calling you retarded on my previous blog. Please tell your future generation to not kill me... he he he he he

5. SUPER VOLCANO. Does anyone know how many super volcano is out in this earth? Geologist thinks that there are at least 40 super volcano in our planet earth. So how will this affect our civilization. Yes, it is another way to end our existence. For the Filipinos who was in the Philippines when Mount Pinatubo exploded, do you remember how it shake the entire Philippine nation? When a super volcano errupts it would make the Mount Pinatubo, Krakatoa and Mount St. Helens eruption a dwarf like. Just like a Gamma Ray Burst, there is now way we can escape this situations. The result of a super volcano eruption would be devastation of world agriculture, severe disruption of food supplies and mass starvation. (Good way to lose weight I guess) In addition, is a mile high tidal wave that could wash off California's population and 9.0 earthquake. How glad am I that i no longer live there?! The volcano erupted approximately every 600,000 years and it is 644,000 years since it last erupted.

to be continued.....
