I always start my morning strong. When I started with WW, my breakfast would consist of 3 egg whites, a dash of cheese, a slice of bacon and a pair of toast with butter (regular bread). Now I wake up and make an egg white with a tsp of mild cheddar cheese (reduced fat), a slice of deli ham, 2 tsp of peanut butter and a whole wheat potato bread (Wegman's did not have the loaf so I am eating the roll).
It has been this way from the beginning. I am even good with my lunch choices which is bring in WW Smart Ones at work instead of buying from the Cafeteria or Mcdonalds. But as soon as I get home, my downfall begins. It is the ready made Filipino food I buy on the weekends for my son’s dinner. I do this to give me time to head to the gym and workout. But seeing it and not eating is very very difficult. Now I am thinking probably I should stop buying the unhealthy food for my son and introduce him to a healthy choices in food.
I am no cook nor do I have any creativity in me so making something up would be very difficult. Solution is needed to avoid this plateau! This weekend, instead of my usual ran to the Filipino store I will go to the Korean market and buy a bunch of shrimp and fish which will be my son and my dinner. My fiancé is really easy to feed. It is either grilled steak or chicken.
We will see. I will keep everyone posted.
