Weigh In Week # 18

Hi all! How did everyone do on their weigh in so far? Do I seem to be writing in a good mood? First, let me tell you that this is the first where I did 33 AP for the week which made me so proud of me. Yey me! (from sweet life of zack and cody). On Monday evening, instead of going to the gym. I went for a walk/jog with my kiddo around our neighborhood. One thing I notice is the difference when I walk/jog this time. I am not out of breath! The goodness of having extra air due to me not smoking. Another achievement for me.

I really wanted to be good. I really wanted to make a change on how I live my life. I wanted to be healthy and fit when my future husband and I decide to add another Biik in our family. It will come and I know it will.

Everyone Cheers! I am now 3 lbs away from my 10% goal.
