Whats cooking ???

Tonight, I made something light. I am so beyond recovery for this week but I will do my best to be good this coming week. Going on vacation will not be a reason why I can't stay on track. Full determination is all I need.

Stay on topic... RIGHT?! What's cooking? I have been meaning to make this easy meal but really haven't had the chance. It was last week Wednesday night but I kept eating out for dinner because of my laziness. Tonight is different. Here is the ingredients Morning Star veggie burger, 1/2cup of rice, a cup of spinach a spray of Smart Balance, garlic and mushroom. Instead of microwaving the veggie burger, I grilled it on my grill pan. While on a small skillet I sauteed half of my spinach with mushroom and garlic. The left over fresh spinach will be spread on your plate like a cover then place the sauteed veggie and the veggie burger on top.
