Before and after......

I have been in a rot. Well it really started when my daily points drop.  I have to readjust and not focus and be frustrated with the 7 points i have lost for the week. There goes my passion for junk food.  I know that I can still have them but no longer on a daily basis.  And this is all for the good reasons.  Yesterday was WI and I am down 2lbs but nothing to rejoice since that is the two lbs I have gained in the span of 2 weeks.  I have to start getting back to business and refocus.  Since I get frustrated so easily and start beating myself down, I have to learn how to draw my attention back to what I was doing instead of stewing about things.  Its a simple solution but really hard to follow.  My first choice of motivation is a picture my friend have taken a year ago and the picture I have taken this year.  I see for myself that my hard work is paying off I just need to keep doing it until I reach my goal.  Deb is right we will all get there it does not have to be now but we will get there and we just need to be patient.
